01
Plan backward from the real date
Keep the final week light, place full tests with recovery time, and reserve earlier weeks for learning. A calendar should show the tradeoff between a new lesson, a targeted set, and another full test.
- Test date and registration deadline
- Weekly hours you can protect
- School and activity conflicts
02
Give each task a purpose
Replace vague tasks like 'study math' with a skill, mode, and finish line. A useful task might be: learn nonlinear equations, complete ten untimed questions, and review every miss.
- Lesson or rule review
- Short accuracy set
- Timed transfer set
03
Rebalance without abandoning the plan
If a day is missed, move the most valuable work, not every task. TaroPrep keeps the next action visible and lets the week adjust around what is done and what remains overdue.
- Complete, move, or drop
- Keep full tests protected
- Review progress weekly
